The first time I saw this wand, I thought to myself, “What a beauty!” This is one of the prettiest wands I have seen. Perhaps it is the sparkling, glittery, purple titanium that won my heart. The extra weight also presses down against your skin or clit, so you don’t apply a serious amount of pressure.
The neck is as sturdy as they get though slightly flexible to make it easier to move around.
The wand’s body is made from an alloy of aluminum and titanium. The wand is about 33cm long with a circumference of 7.5 inches. It weighs 680 grams.

Vibrations
Doxy wands are hailed for being the most powerful in the industry. The Doxy Die Cast, being the improved version of the doxy original, is just as strong, if not stronger. The vibrations are powerful and feel incredible.
This wand massager has eight different intensity levels, which are more than we can say for the magic wand. It is just as powerful even in the lowest setting. It starts off with rumbly vibrations and increases to more intense vibrations.
The vibrations on this powerful wand sex toy are more modified due to the double-weighted head. It makes the vibrations rumblier. As the intensity levels increase, the vibrations become buzzy.
Sound
For a wand vibrator, the Doxy Die Cast is pretty quiet. Despite having so much power- it is among the quietest wand you can ever use. This is not to say that it is completely quiet. At the lower settings, you can hardly hear anything. However, as the intensity levels increase, the sound will be relatively audible.
You can easily get away with using this wand behind closed doors. Even the highest setting is not very loud, considering the power behind the toy.
Controls
The Doxy Die Cast wand massager is incredibly easy to use. It only has three buttons to control the functions. One power button is for turning the wand on or off. The other two are for increasing or decreasing vibration intensity. They are simply labeled ‘+’ and ‘–.’
Simply press down on any of the buttons to change through the multiple speed settings. You can also press the buttons continuously.
This doxy massager also has pulse vibrations. If you love pulse vibrations, you can quickly get them in simple steps. To get pulse vibrations, first, turn off the wand. Hold down the power button for a few seconds. The wand will come to life, now press the “+” and “-” buttons. Turn off the wand again. Now turn it on as you do regularly.
Other functions, such as the escalating pulse pattern, are much easier to learn the more you use them.
You actually don’t need a manual to know how to use it. However, one will be provided to you when you buy the wand.
Memory Functions
This doxy wand has a memory function that essentially remembers the last speed you were on before switching off. This feature would come in handy if you were perhaps interrupted and want to continue where you left off.
I love starting from the lowest setting each time, whether interrupted or not. If you do not want it to start where it left off, turn it back to the lowest setting when done. This way, when you turn it on, it will begin from the lowest setting.
Doxy Wand Original vs. Doxy Die Cast – what are the differences
I have had the pleasure of using both the Doxy Wand Original and the Doxy Die Cast. The Doxy Wand Original was good, but the Die Cast is a significant improvement. There are a few elaborate differences that set the two wands apart. It is difficult to pinpoint the differences because they look similar at first glance. Here are some of the differences noted between these two wands.
The Doxy Die Cast is a significant improvement from the Doxy Original in terms of the material. The Die Cast’s head is made from premium silicone material. The body is made from a beautiful glittery alloy of titanium and aluminum. The design looks more sophisticated and beautiful. The only downside to this material is that it picks up lint easily.
The Doxy Original, on the other hand, is made from an ABS plastic body and a PVC head. PVC material is not very significant because it is porous – I usually avoid PVC material when it comes to sex toys. It deteriorates over time, but since you can also use the wand externally, then it should be okay. The only prop with the PVC material is that it does not easily attract lint. It is also incredibly soft and will be great against your vulva.
The Doxy Die Cast comes in a seductive red, purple, white, black, non-colored silver version, and gold color. The wand also lights up with a cool blue light when it is turned on. They have a wider range of colors to choose from. It has a more defined branding on the body of the toy. The black silicone color is quite classy though it easily shows when it is dirty.
The Original Doxy wand comes in pink, purple, black, and white. Compared to the Die Cast, they are less sophisticated in design. There isn’t much to draw you to the toy from the design. It is also branded, but the branding is less defined.
The Die Cast wand is pretty much heavier than the Doxy Original. The Die Cast weighs 700g, while the doxy original weighs only 500g. It is not much different, but if you prefer a less heavy toy, the doxy original will suit you.
Both wands have the same control buttons though The control buttons on the Die Cast wand are fairly larger. They are easy to use in the dark. With the Die Cast, you have the option to pick off from where you left off. It has a memory function that helps you pick up from where you left off. The doxy original does not have a memory function.
Lastly, the Die Cast has fewer residual vibrations on the handle. This makes it easier to hold it for longer periods. The doxy original has a lot of vibrations on the handle. It can be an issue if you want to use it for longer periods.

My experience
When I held this wand, the sheer sight of it made my clit throb. I mean, no wand has ever gotten that reaction from me, so this must have been something.
